Q: Big Turtles and Docks

I have a ten inch Red-Eared Slider Turtle. He lives in a 55 gallon tank. I have the tank nearly full of water, but not all the way. I am having trouble finding a dock for him. He sinks all of the floating docks that I have tried. I also tried putting a few large rocks in, but he can't get on and off easily. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what kind of dock to use.

No, but how about going to a pet store that specializes in fish, turtles, certain lizards, we have a store near us that is called the " Aquarium" or check with an animal hospital or a Vet that says their speciality is exotic animals, that is what you would need for a turtle, good luck, the poor guy needs a place to dock

What about building your own? I know there are tons of aquatic and turtle websites that have DIY stuff for the turtle enthusiast. It doesn't have to look "pretty", just be functional, correct? Give it a shot and google it, see what you come up with :)
