Best Treats
What are the best treats for my pug that I can find in the stores? I want something natural and healthy for her since I try to keep her weight manageable.

We recently discovered Mother Nature natural dog treats. The ones we got are made from apples, chicken, turkey and cheese. Otherwise, vegetables and fruits are yummy and good for dogs. Missy loves carrots, sweet potatoes, beans, apples, celery and sometimes oranges.

My dog loves Mother Hubbard treats - they are all natural, no artificial ingredients or fillers, come in lots of great flavors. My dog's fave is the liver. Castor & Pollux also makes some great all-natural healthy treats - chicken and peanut butter flavor. Both brands are availble at Petco. I think Petsmart carries the Mother Hubbard.
Baby carrots are also a great treat, healthy and not fattening.

Natural Balance Treats are very healthy. Made w/ the best ingredients. Human grade, in fact. Don't buy treats from the grocery stores, just the pet stores, and then watch for additives.
