Q: best seeds to use for "cat grass"?

what type of seed is best for growing "cat grass"? by "best", i mean 1) that cats really like it, 2) that it grows easily and well, and 3) easiest to digest / least puking potential. i've heard of using a variety of different types, including wheat grass, oat grass, rye grass, and barley grass. but what i really want to know is which variety or combination of varieties have worked best for you.

My cats like a variety of grasses but oat grass is always welcomed by them. It supposedly has a sweeter flavor than some of the others & also doesn't have sharp edges that can irritate the stomach lining. That might mean less throwing up. I also limit the amount of grass they eat. I have a couple that have sensitive tummies & they'll eat grass until they throw up. It doesn't matter what type of grass it is, it all gets thrown up if they eat enough of it. So I let them munch on it for a little while & then give it a rest for a while.
