Q: Anyone know if you can change your shelter affiliation?

I was getting points for a shelter the first makeover and now am working closely with another shelter and would like to accumulate points for them. Anyone know if it is possible to switch or do I have to make a new account?

When you are on your My Zootoo page there is a button near your listed shelter affiliation, at the top of the page. Click on that to change.

I moved recently and wanted to change mine. The only way to do this is to send zootoo an e-mail and request they change it for you. They are pretty quick getting back with you. Mine was changed in just a couple of days. Hope this helps you out.
