We are thinking of taking a little vacation for Thanksgiving, and go to Stratton, but there seems to be very limited availability when you have a dog with you. We wish it to be walking distance from 'downtown' and close to the ski facilities. Any suggestions?

Patrizia,
We stayed at a very nice hotel over the summer in Vermont. It's not in Stratton but it is dog friendly. It's in Burlington. It's run by the Vermont Culinary Institute so the students do all the cooking at the Inn and the food is OUT OF THIS WORLD!! We had such a nice time there! We didn't know it was dog friendly and found out after we had left Callen at home :( I'm sure there is skiing nearby. I highly recommend this Inn!
