I am a wildlife conservation major, going for my masters in behavior. You can always get an associates degree in zoo keeping or animal training. Other wise, most other majors are in the biology field.

You might check into Wildlife Conservation/DNR -- I don't know if there are specific majors for these careers, but they are interesting jobs involving animals.

I got my degree in Biology and Captive Wildlife, which has enabled me to work with animals in various ways. Depending on the university, other things like zoology, marine biology, and animal behavior may also be an option.
