The best time to buy a puppy is at 8 weeks. it is at the right age to adapt to a new surrounding. and be away from its mother. i saw a couple with a 5 week old puppy they just bought and it did not look well.. it was not ready.

The puppy should be at the very least 8 weeks old. Two weeks will fly by for you, but it will mean the world for the well being of your puppy.

Your breeder is not reputable. No self respecting breeder will release a pup at 6 weeks.
If it is a pet shop, you are buying a puppy mill dog and may experience problems with the animal's health.
