One of my rabbits enjoys carrots while the other simply has no taste for them. I guess they're just like people, each having their own likes and dislikes when it comes to food. Like kavykeeper said, carrots aren't always the best thing to feed your bunny anyways so your rabbit is going to be just fine.

my rabbit refused carrots too, but he loved lettuce and white {and purple} clovers and many other veggies.

The rabbit I had also did not like carrots! BUT I probably gave her too many "goodies", thereby making the carrots less attractive to her.
Kavykeeper (below) is correct about the high sugar, etc. content in carrots!!!

Carrots are high in sugar and contain oxalic acid which can bind with calcium and cause bladder or kidney stones. They are fine to feed in moderation but shouldn't be given in large quantities. There's a lot of info online on feeding small pets. There are a lot of other veggies that are more nutritional for rabbits.
