Missouri has 33% of the US puppy mills. Where is the state on shutting these down?
There have been a number of very disturbing reports of animal cruelty recently. What do you think should be done to/with individuals who commit these crimes? I'm an anthropologist studying this problem, and Id appreciate your candid comments!

I'd really like to know which states, if there are any,have a law that prevents dogs from riding in the back of trucks without any restraint. I can't stand seeing it in Kentucky.

If a veterinary altered medical reports what are the consequences.If vet submitted reports different then mine(mine were copied) in court is that malpractice or perjury or something different really need to know .

I have heard that since they are native in Iowa that it is illegal to have them as a pet. Any info will be helpful.
What would you sentence a celebrities to if you were the judge and they had been found guity of animal abuse?
Do you support banning plastic bags or charging extra for bags? Do you use paper, plastic or canvas when you shop? I usually take my own bags that I purchased from www.guidedogs.com. I don't see many other people bringing their own bags.
I heard someone on the news say because of the ecomony people aren't able to adopt animals and there are so many wild mustangs the government doesn't have the funds for food, they are considering putting alot of the horses down. Is this true?
