Had removed 1year ago,has retured in same area. Vet does not want to remove again. He is a Choc Lab and is 12 yrs old. The size of tumor is the size of a soft ball.He moves around pretty well just scared.

Is it really okay to put Tenactin on a cat knowing she'll lick it off or is an e-collar a must? A vet recommended this for her ringworm in place of sulphur dips, but I don't want to permanently e-collar her until it clears up.
