Does anyone know if computerless people can use MY PC to sign up for zootoo? I have a friend that would like to vote for our local SPCA but I don't want to wipe out my own points. Any ideas?

I caught a great video of my cats on my digital camera and i want to upload it on this site, however when i browse and get it to completely upload i get an email that it didn't work. any suggestions or ideas?
