Before you vote for your favorite shelter, be aware that zootoo has not paid last year's winner, Stray Rescue of St. Louis, but has asked them to send zootoo money to cover miscellaneous design fees. Sounds likes a scam to me!!!!!

Does anyone know of a thrift shop in the St.Louis MO area that takes donations of household items,clothes,etc. for local shelters.I would rather donate knowing the profits will benefit a local shelter.
