Zootoo website

Today I logged onto zootoo and found that I had zero pets. Has this happened to anyone before? If so, is zootoo able to restore them or did you have to re-enter all your animals?

Skitters got rawhydes from santa paws but is still wondering where her new bandana is that santa paws promised her Shorty got lots of new toys since he can't have kitty treats what did santa paws give to your furry friends?

Every picture I try to upload seems to be too big. I have none smaller than these . How do I do it?
