Very hard to up load pictures. changing pictures is iffy at best. will work after about four tries. Site has way to many issues. Like hard to navigate.

i keep getting points, but it doesn't add them to my shelter. it will add them to my total, just not my shelters. anyone know why it does that?

I tried to change the picture on my pet's profiles. It will download the picture but not change it, or sometimes it changes it for a few minutes and then it changes back to the old one. Why does this happen? How can I fix it?
