I have already played Pet Wars but at the time did not have pictures of my pets when it asked me to enter their pictures now I do so now how can I enter their pictures?

I have changed one of my dogs default pictures over and over again, and everyday it changes back to the old picture how do I stop this from happening?
I look everyday & there are no more samples ever available. Did they stop doing them or something. I loved getting new things in the mail for my animals to try.

I've tried over and over but it still shows the same pic after, even though it will say changed photo.
