Do you stay home for the holidays?

What is the best method of moving cats? We are going to be moving this summer and I was wondering what would be the best way to bring the cats on a 5-6 hour car ride.

When we visit our grandsons, their cat resents the dog, sneaks up on her, ready to attack. I keep the dog near me, often on a leash, but everyone gets upset when they snarl and bark. So far, no blood, but I hope we can do better.

before we left for Germany the vet suggested this stuff to calm our dogs down for the flight, in hotel rooms, car, etc. I dont know if it really worked or not. Has anyone else used it?

Need a hotel that takes dogs!

I know people who just don't go on vacation as a family or at all, becasue they don't want to leave their pets with a sitter. Do you avoid vacations not to leave your pets?

I have to travel on business and I am so sad about leaving my animals behind. Any suggestions ? Get another job is not pracical .

Not all people are pet people, when you have pets, how do you deal with the non pet people coming to your home during the holidays?

I wonder if anybody has had experience with pt movers or flying animals across the country. I will be moving to Denver, Colorado in January and want to bring 3 cats with me.
