I have a 5 month old black lab / border collie mix puppy and she is getting so strong that hse keeps breaking the hook on every collar we have used. When she is outside, she pulls and pulls on the line and breaks the collar. HELP!!!!

We're trying to come up with options for the winter because our two min pins just don't like going outside in the cold. They are both outside and litter box trained, but I was looking for another indoor solution.

I like to take Abie for an evening walk. I have a reflective vest I wear and I take a flashlight with me. However, I would like to know if there are reflective vests for dogs I can get for Abie. Any ideas? Thanks
