Do you support banning plastic bags or charging extra for bags? Do you use paper, plastic or canvas when you shop? I usually take my own bags that I purchased from www.guidedogs.com. I don't see many other people bringing their own bags.

I don't understand why the people who neglect and are cruel to their animals are not held accountable and prosecuted to the fullest extent...It seems like all you see is fines being given and no real punishment.
