I was wondering what laws are in place regarding animals in Dubuque County, including their rights, and the regulation of the animals. Where can i get information on these laws? (something understandable)
Doesn't seem like our legislators are that interested in this area.
I'm horrified with the description of puppy mills. Why aren't they shut down? why do people allow this atrocity to continue?? It doesn't makes any sense to me...
Can anyone explain to me what's a puppy mill? Please remember that am not american. Thanks! Rute

There are already small "punishments" for cruelty of puppy mill runners, should there be equal or lesser punishment for knowingly purchasing a puppy from one?
