Grooming

When I groom my dog the undercoat hair floats around the room and sticks all over me. It is hard to thow it in the waste basket. How can I keep from that happening?

My dog hates getting his nails clipped and tries to run away. What's an easier way to do this task?

my pup is about 6 1/2 weeks old and his nails are really sharp. is he old enough for me to trim his nails? some one told me to file them, would that be better? does it matter?

So my moms cat Cali is a tortoiseshell and like 45% of her (bottom portion) is shedding and she has like a necklace of scabs around her neck. What is wrong with her and if you know what can we do to treat this. Cali is very young, like maybe 3 or 4.
