I am absolutely horrible at this but I don't want to only have it done at the vet's office in our annual visit? Our cats don't like to stay still anyway and shred us if we try to keep them still. Any ideas?

Just curious, since cats are always cleaning themselves and each other, do they really need to have a bath too? My cats are orange and white and their white parts are WHITE, so they seem clean to me.
