In these economic stressed time we need to think outside the box in order to raise much needed revenue for our shelter operations. Do you have any unique ideas?

I am looking for some spay and neuter grants for our shelter. These are for animals we will be putting up for adoption. We lose almost 60% of every animal we adopt and if we could reduce our S/N costs would be a great way to reduce our costs.
