I have a 3 month old teacup Yorkie. Are there certain foods that are ok for me to feed my puppy? Is it frowned upon to give your dog "people food"? My puppy only eats puppy food but my husband wants to feed it chicken or other people foods.

We just adopted a Great Dane from the Humane Society. He is very thin - and we were told to feed him a puppy/adult mix. I have read online that this could be bad for him, but the Vet agrees with the Humane Society. Thoughts?
My cat can be sleeping in the next room, or even in the basement. But, when he hears or gets o whiff of the green olives he is all over it. He chews it but does not eat it. Mostly just rolls on it and bats it around. Why is this? Anyone else?
