my dad says that lately his cat Tickles will not eat her food and will only eat kitty treats so I was wondering if it would work to feed her soft food instead of dry food or maybe give her tuna fish or something?

I have a 10week old Shiloh Shepherd puppy and was wondering how much i should be feeding him and how often. I hae been told to feed him a half cup three times a day and some one also said to feed him a cup twice a day. Who is right?
