I'm not sure if I should get a new dog. I need someone's advice! Should I or shouldn't I?!?

I am going to get a dog, and I want a Chihuahua. But, I have an English Bulldog and a Bichon Frize. The bulldog doesn't like small children, and she might consider it a child. Is it smart to get a Chihuahua? I also have a cat.

I am thinking that (once my puppy dies do about 10 or so years) I would get a kooikerhondje, (I realize how expensive and rare they are). So my question is does anyone know a good kooikerhondje breeder?
