I adopted a cat through the paradise animal shelter. They took him to get his shots neutred him, gave me a sheet detailing his health, age, tips on what to feed him, how to care for him, etc since Ihad never had a cat before. Overall, they were extremely helpful. Then my cat got a cold or somethingand just laid there for 2 days until I finally realized he wasnt feeling well (I hadonly had him a few days) and I called the shelter and they gave me medicine drops to give him, and in two days he was up and running again. They didnt even charge me for the medicine, all I had to pay for were his adoption fees which were fifty dollars or so. Overall, they were very friendly and he lpful. I think they are an excellent shelter.
