These are some greatest people. It is a shame as the "dog catcher'. They should be called Animal Rescue. They truely care about the animals and the people they serve. It is a pleasure and an honor to get to know them.

What should I do if I see an animal that is left out in the rain chained and cannot get into it's house. It has a house, but for some reason they have chained the poor animal away from it. It rainned today and it could not get in out of the elements. There have been several times this animal has had issues.
