Torch is a 4-year-old black male shorthair cat that was found in Manchester around December 18. We received him here at the shelter on Christmas Day. We determined that this black male shorthair cat is about four years. He is already neutered and front declawed. Torch is a nice, friendly cat that will give you the “big eye” when you walk past!
